Chandigarh, January 25 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that Maharaja Agrasen’s era inspires us all. He happily announced that they received the necessary permission. They are now able to excavate the Agroha Dham mound. The Haryana Government has also constituted a committee to start the process for this. The upcoming budget will also provide funds for this. The Chief Minister addressed the Chai Pe Charcha program. This event was organized by Delhi Haryana Agrawal Maitri Sangh at Le Meridien Hotel in New Delhi this evening.

Union Minister of Industry and Commerce Piyush Goyal also attended at the program. The Union Minister also wished Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini on his birthday. Nayab Singh Saini said that Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi is the protector of Sanatan culture. Due to his efforts, we witnessed the grand heritage of our culture. We saw this through the renovation of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath, Baba Kedarnath, and Mahakal temples. This area has a 5,000-year history, which satellites have also confirmed. By excavating Maharaja Agrasen’s mound, we will get the privilege of seeing the ancient form of Maharaja Agrasen’s legacy.
They have named the airport in Hisar after Maharaja Agrasen. Authorities have completed all the formalities for starting the airport.
Maharaja Agrasen’s : Prime Minister to Inaugurate Airport
The Prime Minister will soon inaugurate this airport, he said. The Chief Minister told the people who attended the program that all of them have roots in Haryana. The present government of Haryana has launched numerous schemes for the welfare of traders. These include the formation of the Vyapari Kalyan Board, the Chief Minister Vyapari Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme, and the Chief Minister Vyapari Compensation Insurance Scheme.
Additionally, the government has provided Rs 309 crore in commission to commission agents and, in the same vein, offered a bonus of Rs 62.58 crore to the Sheller Association for the year 2024-25. Furthermore, it has allocated Rs 26 crore in assistance to small and micro industries. This was achieved through the Haryana Atmanirbhar Textile Policy. This action demonstrates its strong commitment to fostering industrial growth. In addition, the government opened a GST center in Rewari. It cost Rs 29 crore. This development further enhances convenience for traders. Similarly, it established a Start-Up Facilitation Center in Gurugram. This ensures comprehensive support for emerging businesses and encourages innovation and entrepreneurship.
He informed that the Cabinet recently approved the One Time Settlement Scheme. This scheme is designed to give relief to traders in pending tax cases. It will benefit two lakh traders.
