Cabinet Sub-Committee Engages with Employee Unions to Address Key Issues
Chandigarh, December 26 The Cabinet Sub-Committee included Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema. NRI Affairs Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal was also part of the committee. On Thursday, they held a detailed meeting with representatives from various unions. The meeting aimed to discuss and resolve the pressing issues faced by the employees.

Adarsh School Teaching Non-Teaching Mulazam Union presented their memorandums to the Cabinet Sub-committee. They outlined their key demands and concerns. The unions highlighted various issues related to their working conditions, job security, and other essential aspects.
During the meetings, the Cabinet Sub-Committee engaged in an in-depth discussion on the demands put forth by the union representatives. Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema and NRI Affairs Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal assured the union representatives. They stated that most of the demands are already under consideration. They emphasized the government’s commitment to addressing legitimate demands promptly and effectively. The meetings concluded on a positive note. The union representatives appreciated the government’s proactive approach. They valued the willingness to engage in constructive dialogue.

State Senior Vice President Pritpal Singh Buttar attended. Additionally, State Treasurer Ajay Kumar participated. The Sarb Sikhiya Abhiyan Mid-Day Meal Daftri Mulazam Union was represented by Kuldeep Singh and Rajinder Singh Sandha. Parveen Sharma, Ramesh Saharan, and Narinder Kumar also represented the union. Meanwhile, the Adarsh School Teaching Non-Teaching Mulazam Union was represented by several leaders. They included State President Jasvir Singh Galoti, General Secretary Sukhdeep Kaur Sran, and Vice President Meenu Bala. State Media Incharge Aman Shastri was also part of the representation.
