Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chancellor of Rayat Bahra University, Prof. (Dr.) Sushil Mittal, Vice Chancellor of IKG Punjab Technical University Jalandhar, and Avinash Rai Khanna, National Vice President of BJP and former MP Rajya Sabha, jointly released the book at the 3rd Convocation 2024 held at Rayat Bahra Group of Institutes, Hoshiarpur.
