punjab police has registered the case against ex Shiromani Akali Dal Minister Bikram Singh Majithia under NDPC Act. Majithia is the son in law of akali dal president and ex deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal. The arrest hasn’t been done yet but he can be arrested anytime.
